"LGL Studios / One of my Best Decisions!"
Chuck Colvin Ford Nissan (McMinnville, Oregon)
As a business owner for over 35 years, I get 5 calls a week telling me if I sign up for this or subscribe to that it will be the best thing I ever did. I think we all get those calls, and for me the call normally lasts about 5 seconds. What makes LGL Studios different is the ROI it will generate for any serious business owner!
We all spend hundreds of thousands or even millions on our facilities, staff, and tools, but how much money do we invest in our “Digital Showroom”?
Fact is, most of us (myself included) spend as little as we can, and hope our customers find us. In today’s digital world that approach simply won’t work.
I wanted the best digital showroom I could have, including the best photos and videos produced by a real professional, and WOW! What a difference VS our competition after Ken Strode and his crew at LGL studios completed our project. His attention to detail, professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. His pricing structure is very competitive, and the investment was very small compared to many other forms of advertising and promotion we have used that generated little or no return.
I absolutely recommend LGL studios to any business owner who is serious about taking their digital footprint and showroom to the next level. In my case I stepped over dimes to pick up pennies for years when it came to our website and product photos, but boy was I wrong. The money we spent with LGL studios was some of the best money we ever spent. You will not be disappointed.

"I never get tired of hearing people tell me how great our product is and how amazing our images are."
HOST Campers (Bend, Oregon)
Ken began working with us in 2017. He contacted me earlier that year and we hit it off immediately. Our images up to that point seemed fine and I thought were adequate for the job. However, when I saw the first set of images he delivered back to us, I was completely floored by how good they looked!
Right now, the RV Industry is booming, and inventory across the board is low. Many times, until a customer’s unit is built and delivered, all a customer has to show for their purchase are our images themselves. Same holds true for our dealers.
For us, it is incredibly important that our images do everything they can to create a desire and bond that out-weighs any impulse to find something similar from another brand that might be available now or earlier elsewhere. We all fixate on images of things we desire, we find ourselves imagining how a particular product will impact and improve our lives. Our images needed to be of the highest quality and be something customers can identify themselves with, and the images Ken has delivered to us do just that.
Basic images can certainly “display” a product, but Ken brought us images that also convey a desired lifestyle associated with our product and brand. This has been a Huge asset for us and a Great return on our investment.
Investing in our company’s own digital footprint has been a Very worthwhile endeavor. It’s something us business owners can sometimes forget or neglect, especially in manufacturing. We have all invested massive amounts of money into our infrastructure, but seldom remember that investing in our digital footprint is equally important. In reality, our investment with Ken and his creation of our digital content has yielded the highest return for the least amount of investment, and on multiple levels. Our Customers, Clients, Suppliers, Competition and even for our own Employees, a large portion of our Brand Identity comes down to the quality of our digital content and how it is perceived by the world. I’m so happy ours is now of such high quality. Ken helped to make that process easy and even fun!
I never get tired of hearing people tell me how great our product is and how amazing our images are. We have Always had a Fantastic product, but now our images reflect that same quality and pride we put into building every HOST Camper.
Plus, all of this has been accomplished within the confines of our factory itself.
Ken has been able to eliminate the need for multiple expensive and time consuming location shoots by adding all of the outdoor environments seen in the windows and around our campers digitally. We just give him a corner of the factory once in awhile and he creates a bit of digital magic.
Now, we can have images of our campers sitting anywhere we want in the world - That’s So Cool!
Thanks Ken for being a Great team player and taking part in growing our company. I hope we can continue to work together for many years to come!

"You’d be a fool not to hire this guy for your next project."
Bob “Woody” Woodward (Bend, Oregon)
I’ve been around the proverbial block many times, and I know a thing or two when it comes to photography and photographers. Over the course of my career I have personally shot images for National Geographic, Sports Illustrated, several Skiing and Biking publications, among many, many others. I have been an editor of The NY Times Magazine, was part of Sierra Designs in the early days, shot images for several Winter Olympics, and have have seen many photographers come and go.
I have hired Ken for many of my projects over the years and he has never disappointed me in the slightest. In fact, his work always exceeds my expectations, which are quite high. I’ve been in the industry for over 50 years and I know what a “Real” photographer actually is, and Ken is one of those rare ones.
You’d be a fool not to hire this guy for your next project. His work and work ethic are exemplary. Do yourself a favor and work with this guy!
- Bob Woodward (Too many accolades to list here, Professional Photographer, Mtn Bike Hall of Fame Member, and former Mayor of Bend Oregon, just to name just a few more)

"Ken has handled everything thrown at him with ease, with a smile, and with great success."
DVA Advertising and Public Relations (Bend, Oregon)
I’ve worked with Ken for more than a decade on a variety of projects. To continue coming back to someone, time and time again, they must be a person you can trust. Not just to get the job done right, but to make it great. I am constantly amazed at how Ken approaches each project. It’s personal to him.
His focus is on exceeding expectations by creating the best possible work, no matter what it takes. It’s a refreshing passion and rare work ethic. I represent a diverse group of clients whose needs range considerably, but every single one of them are important. Ken has handled everything thrown at him with ease, with a smile, and with great success. And that’s why I keep coming back. Thanks again Ken

"He’s such a great guy and so easy to work with, every project that I’ve ever sent his way has always ended up being better than I could have imagined."
Mount Bachelor Village Resort (Bend, Oregon)
I’ve known Ken and have had a working relationship with him for many years. When it came time to create new promotional material for the resort I knew he was the one to call. It had been several years since we had updated the website and images and I needed someone with a fresh eye to take on the job.
Ken’s work exceeded my expectations, like usual. He’s such a great guy and so easy to work with, every project that I’ve ever sent his way has always ended up being better than I could have imagined. His no nonesense pricing structure was also quite refreshing. It was easy to deal with and left us with no questions left unanswered throughout the entire process. Thanks for making us look good.

"Ken truly is a consummate professional and someone who will be nothing but a benefit to any project you may have."
Portland Woolen Mills (Sunriver, Oregon)
I’ve worked with Ken at LGL Studios for several years now. He has done work for us both in the field and in the studio. What always stands out for me when working with Ken is his dedication to the craft, his workmanship, and the final products he delivers.
He is concise, detail oriented, and above all is always attempting to create and improve upon any concepts I have going into a project. His final products and understanding of his craft always impresses me. I’ve worked with many other photographers in the past and he has been the easiest to deal with. In creating large amounts of catalog images for a manufacturer, communication is key. He keeps everything simple and easy to understand, there are never any mysteries. Shot lists can change on a dime, and his approach always makes it simple to know how any changes to a shot list, no matter how large or small, will affect the overall cost. It’s a great way to do business!
I have been friends with another professional photographer in the area, Bob Woodward, for many many years (read decades). One day I asked Bob if he could shoot some images of my new upcoming products. He immediately put me in touch with Ken for that job and I can’t thank Bob enough for pointing me that direction.
Ken truly is a consummate professional and someone who will be nothing but a benefit to any project you may have.
If you have a product you need images or video of, Ken is the guy you want behind the lens.

"Regardless of the project or circumstance, he’s the type of person you want on your team."
Fluidride (Seattle, Washington)
I have worked with Ken on several projects here in the Seattle area for both my own business as well as with other companies I have associated and partnered with over the years. I am a Professional Cycling Instructor and Trainer and I decided to begin the journey of producing aspects of my workshop experiences, which occur all over the world, into a digital form. It’s always been my goal to be able to reach anyone who wants to become a better rider, regardless of geographic location or other obstacles which might stand in their way.
I contacted LGL Studios and Ken to help me with this journey because I knew he’s someone I can trust, but more importantly work with. My classes are intense and I wanted someone who shared my vision of helping people first, providing a great service to others, and took the same type of pride in the final delivered product and results as I do.
Ken has been more than just someone I’ve hired for a job but someone I can truly call a friend and brother. His work ethic is second to none and he takes every project on as an extension of himself and makes it his personal mission to do the best possible job he can possibly do.
Regardless of the project or circumstance, he’s the type of person you want on your team.

"If you’re looking to get high quality photos or video he’s the one I would trust to do it right."
Dr. Stanley Brown D.C. (Taos, New Mexico)
Ken was a patient of mine for quite awhile before I knew what he did for a living. We became fast friends and one day I mentioned I was thinking about moving my practice to NM and setting up shop down there. Once I heard he was a photographer by trade I knew instantly he was the man for my job. I got to know the guy behind the camera before I knew his profession, and I knew he was the type of guy I could trust for my project.
I’ve never been comfortable having myself photographed but Ken made that process both easy and (almost) enjoyable. He’s great at what he does and I feel no project is out of his reach.
If you’re looking to get high quality photos or video he’s the one I would trust to do it right.

"I was AMAZED at the images he delivered to us! We make a great product, but he took us to the next level (maybe 2-3 levels higher) in the eyes of our clients and customers."
MorningShine Bakery (Olympia, Washington)
We’re just a small boutique operation that serves a small but highly select group of restaurants and stores. I wanted to have new and outstanding images that represented and reflected the pride I have in my product so I decided to hire a professional. I heard about Ken and LGL Studios from a friend. We wanted to liven up our images and Ken was recommended by multiple people. He certainly did not disappoint!
I was AMAZED at the images he delivered to us! We make a great product, but he took us to the next level (maybe 2-3 levels higher) in the eyes of our clients and customers.
Every time I look at our images, I am shocked at how good (and appetizing) they look!
Way to go Ken, we Love you!! :-)
